As our Reception & Admin Manager, Karen has responsibility for the smooth running of our reception and admin teams as well as supporting the Practice Manager

Karen is an initial point of contact for the reception and admin team and organises the appointment pages for our GP's, Nurses and Health Care Assistant. In addition to this role Karen has other administrative duties, which help in supporting the day to day management of the practice.

All of our administration staff are trained chaperones.  If you would like a chaperone to be present during an examination or consultation please let the receptionist know when you book your appointment or when you check in.

Julie is our Medicine Manager, working behind the scenes by providing support to our GP's in the processing of prescriptions to ensure the safe prescribing of medicines.  She is the main point of contact for prescription queries.

Parvin is our workflow administrator and has responsibility for coding and scanning electronic and paper documents into patients records.

Our trained receptionists provide an important link between patients and the practice.  They are your initial point of contact for general enquiries and to book appointments.

They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.

Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses.
